Mental Health Maintenance: Women Veterans Struggles, Strengths and Solutions

Women veterans are the "Invisible Veterans" and they do struggle in society. There is help and solutions to guide them to a place of resiliency. Dr. Jones gives us some information about some things a woman veteran encounter in life. He shared about an organization called ZAHARA Veterans Network, Inc. founded by Hellena Pugh the Executive Director. They are an incredible organization that's helping women veterans and men to get he resources they need to live a better life.
